For a la carte trays, pick-up or drop-off, there is no minimum. For Truck Catering, there is a $2000 minimum.

If you are renting or buying chafing sets from us, setup is included. If you are providing your own chafers, there is a flat fee of $50 for setup. If chafers are already set up when our delivery team arrives, this fee is waived.

The setup fee includes assembly of all chafers plus first pan load in.

We are unable to provide service staff for a la carte trays.

We are unable to provide this service. To ensure timely service, minimum wait times, and a smooth, efficient service, we are only able to offer our predetermined Lu'au Package.

California health code requires hot foods to stay at or above 135 F, and cold foods to stay at or below 41 F. This may be accomplished by renting or buying chafing sets. If refrigeration and hot holding is not available, food must be consumed within four hours. Pineapple Express is not responsible for any liability resulting from customers' mishandling and/or improper storage of food products.

Be prepared for leftovers. Bring take-out containers, ziploc bags, and disposable foil pans, or purchase them from us. If your event is a wedding and you do not have a wedding planner, designate a day-of point of
contact for those last minute details and changes so that vendors don't bother you on your special day.
